Check Out Instructions

Check out is no later than 11am day of departure.

Linens

Please strip beds and deposit linens in the laundry room

Put used towels in the laundry room

Trash

Please collect trash and dispose in the trash bins off the driveway., Trash Day is Wednesday AM (~7am) alternating between Trash and Trash/Recycling. Ensure any food or drink has been disposed of, including out of the refrigerator

Dishes

Load any dishes into the dishwasher and start a load.

Please wash any last minute dishes

Lock Up

When you depart the residence, please ensure you hit the "lock" button on the electronic keypad.
