No Smoking
If you would like to smoke, please exit the property and ensure you are disposing of all trash including buds. When disposing of your trash, please make sure the lit end is completely out - we are in wildfire country.
Illegal Substances
No illegal substances on property at any time.
No Parties
Quiet time is from 10:00pm - 7:00am out of respect for our neighbors. Please be respectful.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted on property unless prior approval has been received from the hosts.
No Changes
Please do not move furniture, decor, or art.
Registered Guests
Visitors may have guests at times, but we do request that you seek approval for any additional overnight guests.
Damage
If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, please alert the hosts in a timely manner
